The Industry Council for Stage Dance in Denmark invites you to General Assembly and salon/meeting at Forsøgsstationen, Sdr. Boulevard 81, Kbh V on Thursday May 1st, 2025 at 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM – or you can follow (but interact) on zoom
The formal part is the General Assembly, where paying members can vote and run for the board (everyone can participate and discuss at the general meeting).
As part of the General Assembly, we would like to discuss in a salon format the presentation we have made about the role of the Industry Council – and how we can be a conversation partner and represent the field in the issues that could benefit the industry more.
THE AGENDA (according to the articles of association – vedtægterne):
- Selection of conductor
- Selection of referent
- Chair persons report for the year
- Approval of financial accounting for the year
- Proposals received
a. membership fee
b. Salon: Development of the Industry Council - Election of board members
- Selection of internal auditor
- Possibly appointment of comitees
- Optional item for the agenda
Item 5a: Membership fee
The board proposes a graduation of the membership fee for individuals. Pay what you think and can afford: from 10 to 100 DKK.
Item 6: Election to the board.
Only paying members can run for the board.
The current board consists of the following:

The following are up for re-election: Ljuba Castot, Mette Overgaard, Esther Wrobel and Jens Christian Jensen
The following are not up for election: Janne Weidinger Kristensen, Helle Bach, Carolina Bäckman and Tanya Rydell Montan.
According to the articles of association, we must have 6-8 members and up to 2 substitutes, so that at least 3 member and at least one substitute must be elected.
